I'm highly motivated to combine Food Science, Culinary Arts and Sensory Science, for the development of innovative food products; One of my last experiences was the collaboration with Yoplait/General Mills, on the improvement of plant-based yoghurts by replacing modified starch with dietary fibres. • Cheese Making - I am a Certified Professional Cheese-maker with knowledge in cheese, yoghurt, ice cream, and butter.
