Profile Summary

I am a Food Scientist & Chemical Engineer with expertise in Legal Compliances (Global) Quality Assurance, Control ;  Research and Development.

My qualification includes B.Tech in Biotechnology and M.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Food Technology).

My research thesis during my Masters is "The effects of various cooking techniques on the quality of turmeric Powder".

I have industrial experience of more than 10 years in various leading food industries and consultancy. I have worked closely with colleagues and independently while developing new Food products and Nutraceuticals formulations for clients.

I have successfully developed and assisted in launch of more than 100 Food, Nutraceuticals, Herbal Medicines products in the market.

My expertise is in product formulation and ingredient interactions to attain specific sensory attributes and nutritional profiles as well as shelf-life optimizations.

While developing any novel product I make sure these are HACCP, Legal , ISO Compliances (Worldwide (FSSAI/FDA/USDA/others). I am well versed in all the legal clauses (globally) and provide the process control sheets with every formulation I do.
