I am an Industrial Engineer with 15+ years of experience helping food and beverage companies develop and reformulate products — from concept through commercial launch. I specialize in food formulation and product development, with hands-on experience solving practical formulation challenges: sugar reduction, clean label reformulation, gluten-free product development, shelf-life extension, and ingredient substitution without compromising sensory quality or process stability. I also work on ingredient sourcing and supplier evaluation, and on the process and equipment design needed to scale a formulation into production — including sizing of auxiliary industrial services (steam, refrigeration, water/effluent treatment) and specification of food processing and thermal treatment equipment. Much of my formulation and quality expertise was built over six years as Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Manager for South Latin America at Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes (AB InBev), leading new product, ingredient, and process validation projects and implementing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP) across the regional supply chain.
