PhD-trained nutrition and cancer epidemiologist with extensive experience in scientific research, academic publishing, and evidence synthesis. I am currently a First Editor for the Journal of Nutritional Sciences and an Editorial Board Member for Frontiers in Nutrition and Frontiers in Aging, where I perform quality assurance checks on manuscripts, assess scientific clarity and structure, and provide detailed feedback to authors and editors. I have over 34 peer-reviewed publications in high-impact international journals, including 17 first-author publications, and strong expertise in navigating peer-review and revision processes. My research background spans molecular nutrition and mechanistic research, nutritional epidemiology, cancer prevention and survivorship, lifestyle and dietary patterns, and biomarker-based studies using data from large studies. I have led and contributed to multidisciplinary projects involving study design, protocol development, data cleaning, statistical analysis, and interpretation of results. I am highly experienced in drafting and refining manuscripts, systematic reviews, and research reports to publication standard. In addition to editorial and writing expertise, I offer strong skills in evidence synthesis, including literature searching, screening, critical appraisal, and summarisation of complex scientific findings.
