PhD Food Tech Consultant | 30 Yrs Industry & Academic Expertise in Food & Health

Profile Summary

PhD Food Scientist & Senior Consultant | 30+ Years of Industry & Academic Leadership

I am a high-level Food Science and Technology expert with over three decades of dual experience across academia and the food industry. My core expertise lies at the critical intersection of food processing technologies and their direct impact on nutritional and health quality.
As a widely published and highly cited researcher, I bring deep scientific rigor, an analytical eye, and a comprehensive understanding of regulatory and technical standards. I bridge the gap between complex laboratory data and commercial food applications.

Areas of Expertise & Consulting Services:
Scientific Document Auditing: Rigorous peer review and fact-checking of complex technical documentation, white papers, and presentations (including vetting and refining AI-generated content for scientific accuracy).
Processing & Nutrition Optimization: Advising on how processing methods alter food matrix structures, bioactive compounds, shelf-life, and health outcomes.
Academic & Industrial Writing: Leveraging a strong publication record to draft, review, and elevate scientific literature, research proposals, and technical reports.

Whether you need a senior expert to validate data integrity, prevent scientific hallucinations in technical content, or optimize the health profile of a food product, I provide the authoritative oversight required for high-stakes projects.
