Research Projects Systematic Review – Bioinformatics Techniques in Prostate Cancer Research (, 2025–ongoing) Conducting a comprehensive PRISMA-based systematic review examining bioinformatics tools and computational pipelines applied in prostate cancer research. My role includes designing Boolean search strategies, data extraction from PubMed and Web of Science, and categorizing techniques across sequencing, transcriptomics, and structural analysis. This work bridges computational biology and oncology, highlighting trends and gaps in clinical bioinformatics applications. 🧬 NMR Spectroscopy Project (UCB Task, 2025) Collaborated on an industrial-style research task involving antibody structural fingerprinting via NMR. Assisted in NGS data analysis, contributing to the interpretation of gene variants associated with developmental disorders. 🧫 Cancer Cell Migration Study Examined the effects of Nav1.7 and Nav1.8 inhibitors and EGF on cancer cell migration using the scratch assay, exploring their potential as anti-metastatic drugs. 🧪 Molecular Biology & Developmental Genetics Projects Created Herceptin constructs through restriction digest and transfection, testing against HER2-positive cancer lines. Used transgenic Drosophila to study developmental genes (wingless, fushi tarazu, hunchback) involved in early segmentation.
