Profile Summary

I am a dedicated microbiologist with 14 years of experience in a government-regulated and ISO/IEC 17025-accredited quality control laboratory for food safety. I also served the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations (FAO UN) for 2.5 years as a national technical advisor, providing laboratory consultation for laboratory capacity building to the livestock sector of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. I am proficient in quantifying, isolating, and identifying pathogenic bacteria; conducting antimicrobial susceptibility testing; performing PCR techniques; using ELISA; and assessing laboratories as an auditor according to ISO/IEC 17025. I am also an expert in FAO ATLASS-LMT. I also have expertise in the ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management system, internal audits, and related tools. For 1.5 years, I have also been working as a part-time assistant professor at Stamford University, Bangladesh.
