Profile Summary

I hold a PhD in Food Engineering from the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad, where I specialized in the field of edible oils and fats. I completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s studies in Food Preservation Technology. Currently, I work as a PhD Teaching Assistant and Research Associate at the Faculty of Technology in Novi Sad, actively engaged in both teaching and scientific research. With over seven years of research experience and prior industry experience as a process engineer in Serbia’s largest dairy company, my expertise bridges academic and industrial perspectives. In addition to teaching food technology courses, I also teach Computer Applications in Food Technology, with a focus on data analysis. I am proficient in NCSS, Statistics, and Mathcad software, and I frequently apply regression analysis, hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA), principal component analysis (PCA), and artificial neural networks (ANN) in my work. So far, I have participated in seven nationally and internationally funded research projects.
