Profile Summary

I am an analytical chemist and environmental biotechnologist with hands-on experience across food safety testing, environmental monitoring, and method development. My MSc thesis (University of Teramo, Italy, Erasmus+) involved developing and validating a UHPLC-MS/MS method for oxysterol profiling in zebrafish embryo matrices using a Sciex QTrap 4500 and Waters Acquity H-Class system, covering full ICH-style validation including accuracy, precision, recovery, matrix effects, and linearity. At the State Laboratory of Agriculture of Georgia (ISO/IEC 17025 accredited), I performed routine heavy metal determinations (Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn) in food, feed, and agricultural matrices by MP-AES and Zeeman GFAAS, and led mercury method development and verification using direct combustion AAS (LECO AMA254). I also received hands-on LC-MS/MS training at the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (Fødevarestyrelsen) in method validation and antibiotic residue analysis in meat. Beyond the laboratory, I work as an Environmental Protection Specialist at Eco-Spectri Ltd, where I prepare ESIA reports, conduct ecological monitoring, and support ISO compliance documentation. I hold ISO xxxxxxxxxx and ISO xxxxxxxxx Lead Auditor certifications.
