Due to my years of experience, my fields of expertise are many and varied, they include: *Nutrition and Food Science, including product and nutritional supplement formulation. *Medicinal plants and the health benefits of natural products, including ingredient research and formulation, and scientific health and FDA claims research. *Skincare formulation, including ingredient research, product formulation, and competitive market analysis. *Molecular biology, including years of laboratory research experience in genomics, the biology of aging and neurodegeneration (with a focus on the "big 3": Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Huntington's diseases). *Statistical and data analysis of complex data sets, including SPSS, R, and other programs. *Clinical trial design and consulting. I hold a Clinical Research Certificate from the National Institutes of Health. *Patent and intellectual property research, including market analysis, process and formulation research.
