I am a researcher offering experience in drug discovery, toxicology, predictive toxicity biomarkers, human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC), oncology, scientific writing, etc. I am excited to assist you to complete your tasks on time. For the last 3 years, I am volunteering as a Manuscript Reviewer for Elsevier and Portland Press publishers. I recently finished my Postdoc research. I extensively worked on human iPSC and their directed differentiation towards various specific lineages. I was also involved in characterization, batch production, and cryopreservation of human iPSC-derived lineages, Moreover, I have actively involved in the optimization of transfection conditions for efficient CRISPR/Cas9 based gene editing in human iPSC. In addition, I was responsible for writing protocols, SOPs, project reports, etc. During Ph.D. studies, I extensively worked on human iPS and human iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes. We developed a functional assay for predictive toxicity screening and identified early toxicity biomarkers using transcriptomics, microRNA profiling, and metabolomic readouts. I have written and prepared multiple research manuscripts, posters, and project reports. I have 4 years of experience in drug discovery and development company. I have worked on multiple cancer drug discovery projects. I was actively involved in compound library screening, in vitro assay development, toxicity and efficacy studies of hit compounds.
