Msc in Material Science from ETH Zurich, PhD from University of Exeter in electronic engineering with the thesis entitled: 'Nanoscale carbon-based memories'. My research focuses on the characterisation of materials for 'random-access memory applications'. In collaboration with the University of Cambridge, IBM Research Zurich and RWTH Aachen I have been studying the switching properties of amorphous carbon for memory applications.
