In Revenue Cycle Management specifically, I model and reduce claim denials, surface the root causes of payment leakage, streamline medical billing workflows, and define the KPIs (clean claim rate, days in A/R, denial rate, net collection rate) that let leadership see the financial health of an operation at a glance.
