Profile Summary

I have worked with my microorganisms such as bacteria (Rhizobium, Salmolla, and Bacillus) and others (for example, methanogens and yeasts). Also, I learn the following molecular skill such as SDS-PAGE, DNA extact, PCR, Western blot, cloning, protein expression, and metagenomic analysis. I have worked in Japan from October 2000 to September 2001; and I achieved M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Texas A&M University and the University of Arkansas, USA. In March 2018, I got certificate of completion “Governance and Food Safety in International Food Chains” from Wageneingen Centre for Development Innovation supported by the Netherlands. In June to August 2015, I was trained metagenomic analysis at National Institute of Technology and Evaluation (NITE) supported by Japanese government. In October 2000 to September 2001, I joined International Post-Graduate University Course in Microbiology in Japan supported by UNESCO and Japanese Government.
