Profile Summary

I am a researcher working in digital pathology, computational oncology, and AI based analysis of whole slide histological images. Together with a multidisciplinary team of pathologists, machine learning specialists, and biostatisticians, I support the full practical workflow of computational pathology projects. This includes dataset organization, annotation strategy, QuPath project setup, export of regions of interest and detected objects, machine learning dataset preparation, deep learning model development, whole slide inference, quantitative analysis, statistical evaluation, and preparation of publication ready outputs. A key part of our work is the development of workflows for serial section registration, cross slide alignment, and integration of multiple histological or immunohistochemical markers. We can align serial sections, transfer regions of interest or cell level data between slides, create spatial maps, and support multi marker tumor microenvironment analysis. We also develop custom computational pathology pipelines and software tools for image registration, automated quantification, spatial analysis, model inference, and integration of QuPath, Python, and PyTorch based workflows. This allows us to support both standard image analysis tasks and more complex projects that require custom solutions. Typical projects include tissue compartment segmentation, tumor and stromal region analysis, immune cell quantification, biomarker analysis, whole slide image processing, AI model training, spatial biology analysis, serial section alignment, and statistical reporting. My goal is to provide clear, practical, reproducible, and scientifically reliable results that can be used for research projects, thesis work, grant applications, reports, and peer reviewed publications.
