Profile Summary

I am a PhD-trained behavioral scientist and organizational design expert with more than 20 years of experience working inside complex, large-scale environments, including Fortune 500 consulting. My work focuses on how strategy translates into execution, specifically how decisions, structures, and workforce systems align to produce measurable outcomes. I specialize in organizational design, work systems, and change, applying behavioral science and cognitive psychology to understand how work actually functions in practice. My approach goes beyond theory. I study how people make decisions under pressure, how systems create or constrain performance, and how organizations sustain change over time. I am the Founder and Principal Advisor of SLS Advisory Group, where I advise senior leaders on operating model design, organizational effectiveness, and transformation initiatives. My work includes enterprise system implementations, workforce and operating model redesign, leadership alignment, and change adoption across healthcare, utilities, higher education, government, and professional services. Representative projects include global system implementations, large-scale operating model redesign, and enterprise change initiatives impacting thousands of employees. I have led organizational change strategies for deployments across 30+ countries, designed leadership alignment strategies for major transformation programs, and built frameworks that connect data, behavior, and decision-making to improve performance and adoption. In addition to consulting, I serve as contributing faculty at Walden University, teaching Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a focus on leadership, organizational change, and consulting practice.
