My expertise includes qualitative research, program evaluation, grant writing, academic writing and editing, literature reviews, research synthesis, educational innovation, talent development, STEM education, AI integration, curriculum development, and professional learning. I have contributed to federally funded research initiatives, co-authored peer-reviewed publications, presented at national conferences, and collaborated with universities, school districts, nonprofit organizations, and community partners.
