Basically, clients describe their requirements / technical problems to me, I provide solutions (implementation included). For this, when needed, sometimes I design and build custom equipment. Worth mentioning some results: laboratory custom instrumentation, resistor laser trimming machine, sensor laser calibration machine, hybrid electronic thick film belt furnace, automatic spray painting production line, RO water treatment system, ultrasonic plastic welding sonotrodes. Occasionally, I teach/train people (for manufacturing plants) on manufacturing technologies. - I am a self taught, hands-on person with affinity for science and technology since childhood (had electronics as playground). Experienced in electronic design (signal processing, instrumentation), measurements, simulations (Spice, antenna, RF, microwave, ultra sonic, EM, thermal), manufacturing design, manufacturing technologies (e.g. vacuum brazing, laser micromachining / marking, additive / subtractive processes, powder pressing, sintering, etc.), advanced materials (ceramics, ThickFilm), software design (custom application), and so on... Interested in RF design (LNA, PA, filter, antenna, microstrip). - I offer discretion and a unique set of abilities and experience.
