Over the past 10 years, I have successfully been working in the oncology field, having the opportunity to work with high-quality and well-recognized research groups. My research has been focused on the discovery of new molecular targets in pancreatic, renal, ovarian and prostate cancer and metastasis, in order to develop effective combinational treatments and improve the clinical outcome with a special focus on preclinical models, that can be used for personalized medicine. My experience in an international clinical research setting, where I work among medical doctors and scientists from different countries, has afforded me the opportunity to enhance my written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, build critical business relationships, and strengthen and continuously improve upon my analytical, problem-solving, time management and teamwork skills.
