Profile Summary

In my last career as a Data scientist at NETRI in Lyon, I have developed a fully automated software which contains the state-of-the-art data analytics metrics and visualizations packages in domain of network neuroscience and spike/burst detection which allows the clients from pharmaceutic to upload the neurophysiological datasets and gain insights on the influence of particular drugs on the neural networks reconfiguration patterns. The software is based on the microservice architecture and semi-supervised which interacts with the user to modify the parameters.
I have obtained my PhD in Computational Neuroscience with honors at the Aix-Marseille University where I was engaged in several Data Science and Development projects in neuroscience consortium, mainly the Human Brain Project. My main responsibility was empirical data analysis (Network science approach), the neuroal field modeling of brain’s activity (fMRI signal simulation), and finally using Machine Learning algorithms to assess the performance and quality of simulation in compare with results (with focus on Alzheimer’s Disease) obtained from empirical datasets.
