Profile Summary

I'm a research psychologist currently expanding on my dissertation research initiated at Keiser University, which focuses on the relationship between mental illness stigma, impostor syndrome, and goal-related rumination. I'm also the research coordinator for the Lifespan Lab at Emmanuel College, where we're pioneering research on established adulthood (ages 30 to 45). My research is guided by insights gained from the experiences and connections I made with people struggling to achieve personally meaningful goals because of poor mental health.
