Profile Summary

I am a PhD trained neuroscientist and systems translator who specializes in turning complex biological, data rich, and AI enabled problems into clear, actionable insight. My work sits at the interface of experimental science, large-scale analytics, and emerging computational methods. Across academic research, clinical and translational programs, and industry settings, I have repeatedly operated in the same role: bridging the gap between biological meaning, quantitative analysis, and the people responsible for making decisions. I focus on the translation layer where many projects stall. When sophisticated experiments and powerful models exist, but shared causal understanding, appropriate question framing, and decision-relevant interpretation are not yet aligned. Through my consultancy, Seifert C2O (“Chaos to Order”), I help research teams, data scientists, and leadership: • Bridge communication across disciplinary boundaries • Reframe complex biological and clinical questions so data and AI are applied in ways that actually answer the right questions • Align analytical approaches with underlying mechanisms and real-world decision constraints • Integrate machine learning and AI responsibly into research and strategy workflows, with attention to both capability and limitation The unifying theme of my work is transforming complexity into clarity, ensuring that biological mechanisms, statistical results, and model outputs are not only technically correct, but causally understood and usable by the people who must act on them. This same mission now extends into developing and sharing frameworks that help scientists, clinicians, and organizations reason clearly about emerging technologies such as AI.
