My research revolves around social cognition and the deficits in social functioning seen in psychiatric disorders. I am interested in how we understand information from other people in social situations, how we learn and develop these skills and how serious mental illness can lead to problems in understanding oneself and others. The main methods I am using to explore my research questions are EEG, TMS, MRI and behavioural methods.
