Profile Summary

I am glad to introduce myself to you as Divya Mishra, Post Doctoral Fellow at Kansas State University. Currently, I am working on the mechanism of CRISPER-Cas13 in plants. My recent work on coronavirus had been published by the Journal of clinical virology. I did my Ph.D. from the National Institute of Plant Genome Research, New Delhi, India. The Ph.D. study discovered the important role of key regulatory molecules in the high-temperature conditions in wheat. I did my masters from the School of Lifesciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, India. During my dissertation, I did a one-year project on "Role of AMPK Tumor suppressor in the expression of gene pyruvate kinase M in cancer metabolism”. I have research articles in various reputed peer-reviewed science journals “Food Chemistry", "Environmental and experimental botany", Plant sciences, Journal of clinical virology, Journal of Proteomics, springer nature, and Scientific Reports. I have expertise in Linux OS, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Illustration. I am currently learning the basics of genome assembly.
