Profile Summary

I am an Agricultural and Environmental Economist specializing in food system sustainability, life cycle assessment (LCA), and environmental impact analysis of agricultural supply chains. I currently work as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute on the Environment, University of Minnesota, where I contribute to the development of the Food System Supply-Chain Sustainability (FoodS³) platform to quantify greenhouse gas emissions and land-use change impacts embedded in agricultural production and global commodity trade. My research integrates economic analysis, environmental footprint accounting, and large-scale data analytics to evaluate the sustainability performance of food and agricultural systems. I have extensive experience analyzing complex datasets, developing environmental indicators, and conducting scenario analyses to support sustainability strategies, policy evaluation, and climate mitigation planning. I have published research in peer-reviewed journals including Agricultural Systems, Sustainable Production and Consumption, Environmental Research, Aquaculture, Nutrients, and Soil & Tillage Research. My work has examined topics such as life-cycle greenhouse gas emissions of agricultural commodities, nitrogen and phosphorus footprints of food systems, sustainable farming practices, and value-chain sustainability in global agri-food systems. I provide consulting and analytical support in areas including life cycle assessment (LCA), sustainability and climate impact analysis, agricultural economic analysis, environmental footprint modeling, literature reviews, and data analysis using tools such as Python, STATA, SPSS, and Excel.
