Profile Summary

I have more than three years’ experience in omics data analysis, software development and python/R programing, this includes genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, metagenomics and multi-omics. I am quite aware of different bioinformatics tools and pipelines for manipulating large-scale sequencing data. I am working currently on several projects concerning whole genome, expression and methylation data differential expression among various types of brain tumor patients for the discovery of new biomarkers for the diseases. I co-authored three publications for NGS and proteomics data analysis with other three under publication. I also have previous projects in microarrays and NGS genomic data where I had developed, in co-operation with two colleagues, a software of big data analysis using Apache Spark software and java for a next generation sequencing genome data. I created another application as well using R shiny app package for proper statistical analysis and display of microarray gene expression data. Moreover, I gained a satisfactory profeciency in biostatistics, machine learning models and their applications. Recently also, I developed my proteomics/metabolomics data full analysis software including most of the available pipeline approaches for proteomics/metabolomics data analysis integrating data preprocessing, quality assessment, normalty check, statistical testing, classification/regression models, visualization methods and functional enrichment analysis.
