I am a clinical and health services researcher with 20+ years of experience developing, managing, and communicating research across a broad range of health and biomedical topics. My work spans cancer and chronic illness, health services and translational research, mixed methods, implementation science, and environmental and social determinants of health. I have extensive experience developing and leading NIH-funded research, including successful grant submissions, and translating complex research ideas into clear, compelling scientific products. I have contributed to and led the development of grant proposals, manuscripts, abstracts, presentations, study protocols, and other research materials throughout the research lifecycle. I particularly enjoy working at the intersection of research development and scientific writing—helping researchers refine research questions, strengthen study concepts, develop a clear scientific narrative, and communicate their work effectively to funders and scientific audiences. My mixed-methods background allows me to work across qualitative, quantitative, and interdisciplinary research.
