These proposals will include a comprehensive Statement of Work (SOW), project fees, milestones, and deadlines. No more managing pricing discussions with freelancers – we take care of it all for you.
3. Flexibility to Accept SOW Proposals: You have the freedom to review and accept the SOW proposal that aligns perfectly with your project requirements. This accepted proposal will serve as the foundation of the agreement between you and Kolabtree, ensuring transparency and clarity from the outset.
4. Convenient Payment Process: To simplify the payment process, before the freelancer commences work on your project, you’ll be asked to pay the project fee (for the first milestone or block of hours) into the wallet. This ensures a smooth workflow and allows you to focus on project progress.
5. Direct Collaboration for Outstanding Results: Collaboration with your chosen freelancer remains direct and uninterrupted. Throughout the project cycle, you will work closely with the freelancer to ensure that deliverables meet and exceed your expectations.
6. Quality Approval and Hassle-Free Invoicing: We understand the importance of delivering exceptional quality. You will only be required to approve the deliverables if they meet your stringent quality standards. Once approved, an invoice will be issued promptly, simplifying the financial aspect of your projects.
