Profile Summary

I am a physicist and quantum computing researcher with a PhD in Theoretical Physics. I currently hold a research position at the University of Tübingen (2025–2027), following an assistant professorship at the Polish Academy of Sciences, a Helmholtz visiting term at Forschungszentrum Jülich, and work on EuroHPC-Poland. My research examines quantum computing and simulation with an emphasis on computational efficiency and energy costs, and I lead or contribute to projects supported by the Helmholtz Association, the Polish National Science Center (Miniatura 8), APS-Simons, EuroHPC-Poland, the Baden-Württemberg quantum initiative, and the FQxI Metascience project. I develop research software and prototypes in Python (with HPC experience) and work with IBM Quantum and D-Wave systems (certified), alongside teaching and PhD co-supervision. My publications include papers in Physical Review E, Scientific Reports, and SoftwareX, with recent work on quantum annealing methods and open-source tools; I also engage in outreach as founder of the “Quantum Morocco” series and serve as a reviewer for leading journals.
