Mouse assisted reproduction techniques like, superovulation, vasectomy, sperm cryopreservation, oocyte and embryo collection, in-vitro fertilization, embryo cryopreservation, oviduct embryo transfer (for mouse stock rederivation) and Ovary transplantation surgeries. 25. Molecular biology techniques- Isolation of DNA and RNA from tissues, blood and faecal samples, standard PCR, Real-time PCR, Revere transcriptase PCR, Agarose gel electrophoresis, in-vitro cytotoxicity assay on cell lines. 26.
