Profile Summary

I am a Research Scientist specializing in Biosensors and Translational Diagnostics, with over ten years of experience across academia, clinical research, and industry in India and Australia. My expertise lies in nanobiotechnology, molecular biology, and biomarker detection for cancer and metabolic disorders. I am currently leading biomarker-based translational research at Hindustan Wellness Pvt. Ltd., developing and validating biochemical and molecular diagnostic assays under GLP and PC2 biosafety standards. Previously, at MX3 Diagnostics Pty Ltd., Melbourne, I developed enzyme-based electrochemical biosensors for clinical applications. My PhD research at UNSW Sydney focused on designing nanomaterial-integrated biosensors for ultra-sensitive detection of circulating tumour DNA and microRNA in paediatric oncology under an NHMRC-funded project. I have authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications, a research monograph, and am ranked among the top 0.39% of researchers globally in biosensors (ScholarGPS, 2024). My technical skills include biosensor fabrication, molecular diagnostics (PCR, ddPCR, qPCR), nanomaterial synthesis, and clinical assay optimization.
