After finishing my master's and doctoral degree in Biotechnology, started my career in Higher education as an Assistant Professor and promoted as Associate Professor and Head of the Department. In my academic experience, I have guided 3 Ph. D. scholars, 38 Masters Dissertation works, and hundreds of UG and PG small training and research projects. In 2018, I started my career in Industry as Associate vice-president and subject matter expert-Biotechnology in an MNC. Where I have served many clients in the field of biotechnology and Agriculture by application of different IoT, ICT, and AI/ML solutions in different Biotechnology and Agriculture verticals such as precision farming, Climatic & soil parameter monitoring, laboratory automation, Tissue culture incubation chamber climate control, bioreactor automation. I am a detail-oriented professional, comfortable at multi-tasking, providing solutions as well as creating new and innovative ways of research work. I possess interpersonal skills to maintain and grow long-lasting and trustworthy relationships within or outside the organization.
