Profile Summary

I am a physicist with a PhD in Soft Matter Physics and extensive experience in the characterization, modeling, and analysis of complex materials, colloidal systems, nanomaterials, biomolecular interactions, and drug delivery platforms. My research has combined experimental, computational, and data-driven approaches. I have worked extensively with calorimetry (ITC, DSC), tensiometry, UV-Vis spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, NMR, QCM-D, DLS, and surface/interface characterization techniques. I also have experience with SAXS/SANS, SPR, biolayer interferometry, ellipsometry, and profilometry. On the computational side, I have developed and applied molecular dynamics simulations (GROMACS and LAMMPS), machine learning models, convolutional neural networks, graph neural networks, and scientific data-processing pipelines for molecular and materials science applications. My recent work includes the development of AI-based approaches for molecular property prediction, bioactivity modeling, and computer vision systems for scientific and industrial applications. Throughout my academic career, I have participated in multiple national and international research projects, supervised undergraduate, master's, and doctoral research activities, and collaborated across interdisciplinary teams involving physics, chemistry, materials science, biotechnology, and computational modeling. I currently hold a competitive postdoctoral fellowship and conduct research in Germany, focusing on soft matter systems, advanced characterization techniques, molecular simulations, and data-driven approaches for complex physicochemical systems. I can provide support in experimental design, data analysis, scientific consulting, molecular simulation, machine learning applications for scientific research, manuscript preparation, and the interpretation of complex physicochemical datasets.
