Profile Summary

Experienced clinical laboratory specialist with over 25 years of expertise in diagnostic immunophenotyping and flow cytometry for hematologic malignancies. I hold a Master’s degree in Physiology and the highest national certification in Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics. My professional focus lies in hematology-oncology diagnostics, with a strong emphasis on leukemia, lymphoma, MDS, and minimal residual disease (MRD) assessment using advanced cytometric techniques. I currently serve as Head of the Hemato-Oncology Laboratory at DILA Medical Lab (Kyiv, Ukraine), where I have implemented EuroFlow-based protocols and led the integration of multiparametric diagnostic algorithms for AML, ALL, MDS, CLL, and B-cell clonality. I am proficient in using BD FACSLyric, FACSCanto, FACSuite, Infinicyt, and CellQuest platforms. Previously, I contributed to translational research at Kantonsspital Aarau (Switzerland), focusing on MRD and immune-profiling-based prognostic models. I have authored over 40 scientific publications and co-hold 3 patents related to clinical laboratory innovation. I actively participate in the international cytometry community as a member of the European Society for Clinical Cell Analysis (ESCCA) and the International Society for Advancement of Cytometry (ISAC). I have completed certified training in advanced flow cytometry, including EuroFlow and pediatric leukemia diagnostics. My current goal is to apply my diagnostic expertise and scientific precision to international research collaborations, AI model development, and high-level clinical data interpretation projects.
