Profile Summary

I am interested in semiconductor materials and very motivated to participate in scientific research. In close collaboration in my research group at the National Center for Materials Study and Testing of the Technical Univeristy of Moldova, with the Institute of Applied Physics, the Institute of Electronic Engineering and Nanotechnologies and Leibniz Institute for Solid State and Materials Research (IFW) Dresden, Germany. I developed the technological conditions for the growth of ZnSnO, NiO, ZnO and ZnMgO thin films with controlled energy band gap by means of aerosol deposition (AD), spin-coating methods for a wide range of applications, such as UV light-emitting diodes (LEDs), lasers, photodetectors, solar cells, gas sensors, and transparent electronics. Subsequently i participated in their systematic characterization using electrical, photoelectrical, chemical composition, morfolologycal and optical methods.
