Profile Summary

In my research, I performed RNA sequencing analysis to evaluate the changes in gene expression in response to drug treatment. Besides conducting RNA sequencing analysis, I employed a Network Pharmacology approach to comprehensively study the interactions among genes, proteins, and pathways targeted by our compound and to obtain valuable insights into its potential targets. Moreover, during my Ph.D. I had the opportunity to work at the department of molecular biosciences Stockholm University in Sweden, where I gained valuable research experienced and developed my skills in primary and non-primary cell culture, transfection and transduction, qPCR and western blot, immunofluorescence staining, as well as fluorescence and confocal microscopy. In addition, I also gained hands-on experience with an O2K Flurespirometer and LUCID Scientific’s RESIPHER. I employed XLSTAT and GraphPad Prism for statistical data analysis. In addition, various software programs, such as Fiji, Mito analyzer, MiNa, and Micro2P, were used for analyzing lipid droplets and Mitochondria.
