I am a seasoned healthcare executive with almost 20 years of international experience in Market Access, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), and health policy. My career has focused on improving patient access and shaping pricing and reimbursement outcomes across global, regional, and local levels. I bring a deep understanding of complex healthcare ecosystems—from high-income to resource-constrained markets—supported by strong value communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Most recently, I served as Global Head of HEOR, leading the HEOR strategy for a nephrology and rare disease portfolio, contributing to market entry and value recognition across key geographies. Previously, I held increasingly senior roles at AbbVie, Amgen, CSL Vifor, Pfizer and Roche.
