Profile Summary

I am a research and analytics consultant with experience helping government agencies, nonprofit organizations, healthcare organizations, and professional associations answer complex questions using data. My work combines quantitative and qualitative research methods to produce clear, practical insights that support decision-making. Over the past several years, I have led and contributed to projects involving workforce analytics, program evaluation, competency modeling, survey design, focus groups, interviews, literature reviews, statistical analysis, and technical reporting. I have worked with multidisciplinary teams to design studies, analyze findings, translate complex results for diverse audiences, and develop recommendations grounded in evidence. Most recently, I served as a Social Science Analyst at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where I integrated workforce data across multiple HR systems to support organizational reporting, workforce planning, EEO and DEIA analyses, and executive decision-making. I also developed reporting processes, validated large datasets, and created dashboards that improved access to workforce insights. Prior to NIH, I worked as a Research Associate at HumRRO, supporting organizations across the public and private sectors. My projects included developing competency models, conducting job analyses, facilitating SME workshops and interviews, validating assessment programs, analyzing survey and assessment data, and preparing technical reports for clients. I have contributed to research supporting certification organizations, healthcare, public safety, education, and federal agencies. I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with additional graduate training in Data Science. My analytical toolkit includes R, SPSS, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics, and Jira. While I am comfortable working with a variety of analytical tools, my primary focus is selecting the right methods to answer the research question rather than relying on any single software platform.
