Profile Summary

I have professional experience developing/certifying wired and wireless commercial communication systems used in the Internet infrastructure. Observing the coincident negative health resulting from occupational exposure to potent electromagnetic (EM) energy emitters traversing an unidirectional path (example: outdoor high power Line of Sight transmitters deployed for terrestrial wireless point-to-point communication) has revealed the need for legal intervention to mitigate their tactical application to commit malice. The compelling need for legal intervention to anticipate/limit negative innovation of potent EM energy takes into consideration:
- Detection, the absence of forensic tests to detect harm to a living being caused by malicious exposure to powerful EM energy.
- Jurisdiction, so far, I am yet to find a regulatory/enforcement authority mitigate malicious application of potent EM energy. 
- Disease etiology, absence of forensic tests in this context results in negative health from malicious application of potent EM energy to get identified as a disease of natural/unknown etiology (i.e., a medical practitioner does not yet suspect crimes caused by exposure to potent EM energy).
- Barriers for intentional misuse, expertise in electronic circuit design/fabrication gets one started to re-purpose civilian technologies to locate a living being and cause temporary (cognitive deficiency) and permanent negative health (https://competitionunlimited.wordpress.com/research-basis).
- Experimentation, the widespread deployment of sources emitting potent EM energy increases their entry into the secondary market (repair/reuse) and thus making it more probable to get re-purposed for deviance,
