Profile Summary

I am a research scientist with background in Life Sciences and a Ph.D. in Immunology and Hematology. My research interests focusses on neuro-immune responses of airway cells during agricultural pesticide use, air pollution and respiratory virus infections. As a research associate, I have worked extensively on sepsis related inflammation in brain neuronal immune axis, guiding PhD students and correlating the data with animal Alzheimer models for sleep and motor activities. I am currently involved as a consultant on formulation and drug designing in pharmaceutical organizations, providing insight in analytical and validation of drug development methods. I enjoy analyzing data and writing, having being published as peer-reviewed scientific articles. These skills have translated into several competitive fellowships and scientific presentations. I am detail-oriented and yet flexible to achieve my goals in a time oriented manner.
