Profile Summary

We are a boutique consultancy, with a team of IT experts and PhD biomedical scientists. My group provides biostatistical and computational biology services. Specific expertise include ANOVA, Principal Component Analysis, Processing NGS (next generation sequencing) data, and parsing large data sets for discerning trends and conclusions. We have completed several projects along these lines at major universities and medical centers, or on a freelance basis: - Developing a novel method using advanced statistical tools (PCA) to efficiently analyze large data sets of clinical symptoms. We came up with novel insights on clinical toxicology possible only with PCA. - Conducting and interpreting some of the most sophisticated ANOVA (3-way mixed, 4-way mixed). Data has been published in reputable journals. - Regression analysis, sorting through big-data sets to look for trends. If you have computational biology requests related to neuroscience, drug design, or structural biology, we have contractors with expertise in such area. An example of our costs: Carrying and providing interpretation for a complete 2-,3- or 4- way ANOVA, with graphs prepared on a midsized data set (several hundred data points): ~ $350 Other project costs are TBD. We work efficiently, minimizing hours charged on a project, thereby minimizing your cost. We however always put data integrity and quality at utmost importance. We are happy to be paid on a per-project or monthly unlimited fee as well.
