Profile Summary

I specialize in biomedical data analysis and RNA-seq/transcriptomics/Proteomics workflows with a focus on Alzheimer’s disease biomarker discovery. My work involves end-to-end analysis of transcriptomic datasets, including RNA-seq preprocessing, spatial transcriptomics data preprocessing, differential expression analysis, feature selection, and machine learning-based biomarker discovery. I have experience working with GEO and SEA-AD datasets and applying methods such as WGCNA, PCA-based feature expansion, and Elastic Net modeling for robust biomarker identification. Currently, I am working on integrating multi-omics data (bulk RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, and single-nucleus RNA-seq) to understand disease mechanisms and patient stratification.
