Profile Summary

I recently submitted my PhD thesis in cancer immunology (CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology, Kolkata, registered under AcSIR) and am now available for freelance research, data-analysis, and manuscript-support projects. My background combines wet-lab and computational skills built around one goal: turning complex biological data into results people can trust and act on. My doctoral research developed a bispecific CAR-T therapy (co-targeting PD-L1 and mesothelin) for ovarian cancer, using 3D tumour models, multiplex immunoassays (Bio-Plex), flow cytometry, and in vivo xenograft imaging. On the computational side, I've independently built complete biomarker-discovery pipelines in R — mining public genomic datasets to identify and validate hub genes through survival analysis, ROC curves, and nomograms — alongside working proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel. I also peer-review for two journals (Exon: An Applied Biology Journal and Cancer Advances), which is where I sharpened a skill I now offer as a standalone service: catching what gets manuscripts rejected or delayed — fabricated or mismatched references, poor journal fit, data inconsistencies, formatting errors — before an editor or reviewer ever sees them.
