Profile Summary

I am a pharmacist with ten years of experience in managing medical warehouses, processes, and systems. I have experience in providing technical assistance, design and implement Pharmaceutical management tools. I have helped in the design and review of Pharmaceutical Information Management System software (PIMS) which include functionalities and attributes that can address minimum quality standards in Rational prescribing, Rational dispensing, Patient counseling as well as Pharmacovigilance and Drug Utilization Review (DUR). I have successfully deployed PIMS in two countries Yemen and Iraq. I was part of a team that developed a Rationalization software that allows pharmacists to rationally select, and quantify pharmaceutical needs for health programs on the basis of Country-specific national clinical guidelines and treatment protocols, clinical data and existing inventory levels and expected deliveries. I have been pursuing Masters for Public Health (MPH) since 2019 and I am confident that I have the required experience and knowledge to perform research on different medical topics. Studying Public Health had a great impact on my ability to evaluate and appraise Medical research. I have successfully passed 7 different modules and planning to submit my dissertation next year 2022.
