I am a researcher actively working on biomarker discovery in autoimmune diseases with experience in cell culture studies, knockdown experiments, clinical studies, downstream analytical techniques such as cytokine ELISA, luminescence, flow cytometry methods, metabolomics by mass spectrometry, handling the data of multi-omics for pathway analysis and biomarker identification as part of my Ph.D. Have trained students of bachelors, masters degrees masters and for different molecular biology techniques, cell culture, and gene expression studies. I have also worked on collaborative projects such as design lab on chip devices (microfabrication) for multiple cytokine detection, targeted metabolomics of conditioned medium of human embryo cultures, cytotoxicity studies of nanosuspensions of drug/polymer complexes, biocompatibility and cytotoxicity assays of carbon dots and bone alternatives.
