Profile Summary

I am a biochemistry researcher with a growing specialization in bioinformatics and computational drug discovery, integrating both wet lab and in silico approaches. My academic and research experience spans molecular biology, disease mechanisms, and multi-target therapeutic design, with a strong interest in cancer and metabolic disorders. My previous research includes investigating the role of GDF11 in glycolytic pathway modulation using a CCl₄-induced liver fibrosis model in BALB/c mice. This work strengthened my expertise in experimental design, data interpretation, and pathway-level understanding of disease progression. Currently, my research focuses on the drug design and docking. Alongside this, I am working on polypharmacological profiling of phytochemicals for multi-target drug discovery in diabetes and cancer using computational approaches. I am skilled in molecular docking, in silico drug design, target analysis, and pathway-based therapeutic exploration. I also have hands-on experience in biochemical techniques and a working knowledge of statistical tools including SPSS, biostatistics, and research data analysis.
