Profile Summary

I am a biotechnology researcher with integrated expertise in wet-lab experimentation and computational drug discovery, specializing in antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) and antimicrobial resistance (AMR). My work focuses on the design, synthesis, and evaluation of peptide-based therapeutics and peptide–antibiotic conjugates targeting drug-resistant pathogens, particularly Staphylococcus aureus. I have hands-on experience in microbiological assays, biofilm studies, membrane permeability analysis, protein and peptide characterization, conjugation strategies and cell culture studies. Alongside experimental work, I provide computational services including molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, density functional theory (DFT) analysis, interaction profiling, and structure-based drug design. I also work on polymer–ligand interactions, hydrogel-based delivery systems, and phytochemical screening for antimicrobial applications. My ongoing and previous research projects include the development of novel AMP–antibiotic conjugates, plant-derived antimicrobial peptide discovery, computational screening of therapeutic compounds, and integrated in silico–in vitro validation workflows. I also have experience building automated pipelines for docking, interaction analysis, and computational chemistry workflows. In addition to research, I offer scientific manuscript writing, editing, figure preparation, thesis support, and grant proposal development.
