Currently as a part of Global Client Success at NTT, the aim is to proactively align a dedicated manager to clients in different continents that research and data would suggest a mutually beneficial relationship. The main technology behind the program is to run success plays (automated set of tasks) which will trigger actions based on data to effectively expand through up-sells and cross-sells, increase platform adoption and ensure timely contract renewals.

My journey with Zalora has been in evolving analytics from the ground up by implementing self-service analytics platform by managing internal, external and team dependent stakeholders. developing data infrastructure whenever needed and enabling key decision makers in the company by providing them with cutting-edge analytic insights.

I began my career with Marina Bay Sands which is one of the iconic destinations of Singapore under Casino Marketing analytics. Campaign management and CRM was at the core of what I did here, exposing me to customer segmentation, CLV and spend attributions. as a part of Sands reward, we provided strategic insights to enable and develop key partnerships with continent`s most luxurious Brands.

Among other things, I love soccer (fusbol included), I make it a point to visit at least 2 new countries each year. I am a connoisseur of food and at the same time, I believe what flying is to birds, running is to man and I try to run whenever possible. I practice yoga as well.
