In addition to my certification as a Data Protection Officer from both POTRAZ and the Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB), I hold a Master's degree in Internet Governance from the University of Malta, an MBA from the Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU), an Honours BSc in Information Systems from the University of South Africa (UNISA), a certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Technology, Governance, and Policy Frameworks from the Diplo Foundation, and various other ICT and management qualifications. Currently, I manage the ICT Innovation Drive at POTRAZ, a program designed to support young ICT innovators with funding and business management training to bring their ideas to life. Since 2018, I have worked with over 60 ICT start-ups, helping them structure their businesses.
