Profile Summary

I am a pharmaceutical researcher and entrepreneur with over 16 years' experience in the pharmaceutical sector and 3 years' experience in the food sector. With an MBA in Industrial Management from FGV and a master's degree in pharmaceutical nanotechnology from the University of São Paulo, I have been working as a pharmaceutical consultant and advisor since 2019. This 19-year career has allowed me to work on projects in a broad and integrated way: regulatory, quality system and research and development (R&D). As the challenges of this journey have not been few, I'll briefly outline some of the experiences I've had: - I developed a project to reduce water consumption at the industrial plant in partnership with a colleague from the production sector. The result was excellent and the project was very well received; - I structured the application of kanban in the quality control laboratory and, with the help of some colleagues, we were able to make progress on the long list of overdue raw material analyses; - I worked on the improvement of a formulation being studied for stability in analytical development which, during the analytical evaluation i carried out, i found problems with; - I was able to develop and validate a methodology for assessing the potential of antibiotics for animal use in feed. The methodology was so robust that it became part of the laboratory's routine methods; - I worked on a technology transfer project for analytical methods from partners in an Indian company to a Brazilian pharmaceutical company; - I actively contributed to the process of structuring the quality management and quality control, in which I was the coordinator, of a spin-off in order to obtain an AFE (Company Operating Permit) from ANVISA. - I implemented the quality system in a German brewery and in the chain's restaurants. - During my master's degree, I developed and validated a topical bioactive nanoformulation for treating injuries (it's ready to be tested). It's been a fantastic journey! Experiences are my main differentiator when it comes to collaborating with companies, clients and partners, whose aim is to bring innovation and improvements to the health sector.
